1. Return Conditions

Product is unused and undamaged: The product must be in its original condition and not used or damaged. The product should include all original packaging, accessories, and instructions.

Purchase Time: Return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Proof of Purchase: Please provide proof of purchase (such as receipt, order number, invoice, etc.) in order to process the return.

2. Return Process

Please contact Ryobi Tools Customer Service with your order information and reason for return.

The Customer Service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions on how to return the item.

Please send the product back to the specified address along with all original packaging, accessories, and return authorization number.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Ryobi Tools will cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to a product defect or an incorrect order (such as wrong item shipped or damaged item).

If the return is for personal reasons (such as dislike of the product or wrong order), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Refund Method

Ryobi Tools will process a refund within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned product after confirming that it meets the return policy.

Refunds will be refunded through the original payment method.

5. Ineligible Returns

Any product that has been used, damaged, or does not meet the return requirements will not be accepted for return.

Items that are not eligible for return will be returned to the customer without refund.
